Date: 1919
Published: Hodder & Stoughton [London]

Description: The highly colored memoirs of Churchill's mentor and ultimate nemesis at the Admiralty during World War I, the wildly erratic Lord Fisher. This is a very good copy, without dust jacket. The spine is just a bit faded but the cloth is otherwise fresh, the gilt lettering bright, the binding and corners crisp and square, the contents fine, with the ink stamp of "The Royal Scottish Automobile Club" on the front free endpaper and the upper and lower fore-edges.
